Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and fm200 ("Platform," "we"). By accessing, registering, logging in, or using any part of the fm200 website or app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the fm200 platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after any updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
The fm200 platform is exclusively for users of legal age. 18 years old and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirements.
Account Creation and Security Responsibility

Fm200 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with the above security obligations. Each user is allowed only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may lead to suspension or closure of all related accounts without notice.
Account Suspension and Closure
Fm200 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice if the user:
- Violating any Terms set out in this document.
- Submitting false information during registration or at any time thereafter.
- Engaging in fraud, system manipulation, or conduct harmful to the platform or other users.
- Determined to be under 18 years of age.
In cases where accounts are closed due to Term violations, any balance may be forfeited at fm200’s discretion.
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the fm200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). fm200 supports a variety of popular local payment methods in Malaysia, including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other options listed on the platform from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring the payment information provided is accurate and valid. fm200 is not liable for any delays or failures in transactions caused by incorrect details or issues from the payment service providers.
Deposits will be credited to user accounts after successful transaction confirmation. Withdrawals will be processed according to fm200’s procedures and timelines, which are subject to change. Any attempt at financial fraud, including unauthorized use of others’ cards or bank accounts, will be reported to the authorities.
Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits
Users agree to use the fm200 platform only for lawful and appropriate purposes. The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Using any automated software, bots, crawlers, or other tools to access or collect data from the platform without written permission.
- Attempting to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorized access to fm200’s system, servers, or databases.
- Distributing illegal, threatening, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating others.
Fm200 Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, fm200 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. fm200’s total liability to any user will not exceed the amount paid by that user to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
The fm200 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee constant availability, error-free use, or full protection against cyber threats, although we strive to maintain system security and stability.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Applicable Laws
Intellectual Property
All content on the fm200 platform—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software—is owned by fm200 or our licensors and protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written permission from fm200.
